Verse - G, D/F# (D with a finger on the F# note on the thick E-string, best played by curling the thumb over the neck and playing D normally), Am, Em
Chorus - C, D, G, G/F# (play G but move the G note on the thick E string to F#), E
The second part in the distortion bit is - C,D,G,F#,E (play the last three chords as bar-chords)

(personally, I find the verse chords sound more like a simple G-Am-G-Am, and I'm sure that the E in the chorus should be Em - mv.)
